SALES ACADEMY
A career path in the commercial field to build the Rodacciai of the future
Rodacciai Academy is the career path of orientation, training and professional development aimed at young talents. It is the new response to the mission that we have been striving to reach since 1956: to train motivated and qualified personnel. Created to train the Italian Plant's maintenance, drawing and rolling mill personnel, now the goal is to strengthen the commercial structure and offer the customer an even better service.
Sales Line
This line of the Academy is dedicated to young people up to the age of 29 with a degree who aspire to become the new Rodacciai brand ambassador, acting as Sales Account or Sales Support Specialist in the network of Italian and international branches. The course, lasting 30 months, will be structured in 3 stages:
- one month of free full time training held at Bosisio Parini HQ (LC)
- an internship at the commercial offices
- professionalizing apprenticeships in Italy or abroad
Innovative teaching methodology
Rodacciai Academy is designed according to an innovative teaching approach based on learning through experience, with particular attention placed on the enhancement of communication-relational skills. Classroom training takes place through role-playing games, real life case simulations, team building activities, practical exercises and support from our managers and professionals.
